We had experienced quite a drastic drop in temperature here in Sydney last week. It almost felt like Sydney has skipped Autumn this year and went directly into Winter this year! That being said, I still managed to dash out one last fall-ish outfit two weeks ago to catch a fashion show at Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Australia Weekend Edition.
It has been a while for me to do an outfit post. So here I am, sharing my favourite sartorial colour combo – black and white with you.
I have been wearing separates a lot this festive season versus I tended to rely heavily on one-pieces in the last couple years. The other day I wore this set of separates to attend a fashion show.
I always have a soft spot for lace-up details in shoes. Therefore, this year’s lace-up pointy-toes flats and heels trend is right up my alley! For those who are following my Instagram, you might have seen these beauts already. Yes, these babies are (one of) the latest addition to my growing lace-up shoes family!
Valentine’s Day is coming this Saturday. Sure pulling together a V-day outfit is fun but sometimes we just can’t help ourselves but conjure those ad campaigns of red little dresses and pink frocks. For those who aren’t that into the whole pink lady thing, I tend to believe we don’t have to dress like a candy heart ourselves to look sweet. This is when I rely on colours I like, and a trusty structural dress!
On day 4 of this challenge, I decided to wear the symbolic colour of the movement – yellow.
