It took me a little longer (ok, a lot longer) to get settled in my new place and get back to blogging (think not having Internet for over three weeks thanks to NBN). But here I am, sharing some of my current favourites with you all whilst watching the Olympic Games in the comfort of my own home. 😛
My love for midi skirts is not a secret. This Interval wrap skirt offers a sleeker silhouette than my usual go-to full midi-skirt, and is very easy to dress up and down. I found mine on sale in Topshop a while ago but I know Glue Store, Myer, and some online shopping sites also carry this emerging Aussie label.
Some of my close friends have noticed from my Instagram that this personalised bucket bag from Mon Purse is on very heavy rotation lately. This is not my first time to purchase monogramed items from Mon Purse, and I am very happy with this bucket bag. For the record, mine is in smooth black leather with gun metal detail and monogramed. The bag is super lightweight and it’s perfect for my morning commute, aka a 25-30 minute walk to work. For those who want to see a more detailed review on Mon Purse products, please let me know. 😉
And seriously, no winter wardrobe is completed without a good pair of black booties. The leather of these Miista booties is buttery soft and requires no break in time at all. The 1.5 inch heel height makes them the perfect pair to walk around the city, and the unique details on the heels give them some oomph. I purchased my usual size 37 and can wear them with a pair of thin cotton socks. So I can understand why some people said these run a tad small if your feet are wider on the front. But overall I am very happy with them, and have been wearing them everywhere!
Here are three of my current favourites. What are yours these days?
